GUN PURCHASES:
1) Look over the guns listed on the GUNS page, and decide if there is anything you want to buy, then call John at 928-855-6767 to confirm availability. BEFORE contacting John, you are required to confirm that the weapon you want to buy is legal in your city/county/state.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Before ordering any weapon from this website, you MUST be sure you can pass the FBI background check. Any return due to a denied transfer will result in a 20% restocking fee charge, plus return shipping costs.
2) Contact John at Ryan's Gunsmithing to get shipping charges on the gun.
3) Have your local weapons dealer mail or fax a signed copy of his/her FFL to John. Shipping Policy: Firearms will be shipped to an FFL Dealer near you. Have your dealer mail or fax (928-855-7722) a copy of his FFL to Ryan's Gunsmithing, 31 Acoma Blvd. S, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. Your local firearms dealer will be responsible for completion of required paperwork and FBI background check for delivery of the weapon to the purchaser.
4) Send payment to John. Payment of internet purchases shall be by major credit card (add 2% service charge for credit card purchases), money order or certified bank check ONLY. Arizona residents add 7.85% state sales tax.
5) Upon receipt of your payment and a copy of your local dealer's FFL, John will ship the weapon to your dealer as follows:
a) Handguns will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured.b) Long guns will be shipped via U.P.S. Ground Delivery, Insured.
6) Your local dealer will require you to fill out BATF Form 4473 and will complete the required FBI background check. The fee for this service will be determined by your local dealer. The purchaser is responsible for any fee charged by the local dealer for conducting the background check and delivery of the weapon to the purchaser.

Ammunition, accessories and police gear may be shipped directly to the buyer, upon receipt of a faxed copy of his/her drivers license and/or Concealed Weapons Permit. Ammunition will be shipped U.P.S. Ground Delivery ONLY.
